Grading System : in compliance with French Decree 2007-435 of 25 March 2007 and related rulings:

UF 1 to 6 : Written test on knowledge acquired, graded on a 20-point scale; 10 is the lowest grade acceptable for credit.

UF A : Written test on knowledge acquired, graded on a 20-point scale; 10 is the lowest grade acceptable for credit. UF B : A practical examination is taken in lieu of training and graded by two on-site teachers. On a 20-point scale, 10 is the lowest grade acceptable for credit. UF C: Certification of Clinical Training, graded on a 20-point scale; 10 is the lowest grade acceptable for credit.

For students obtaining a grade lower than 10, resit examinations are organized within three months of the first sittings. Criteria for accreditation remain the same. In the event the student fails the resit examination: – the earning of non-validated course credits (UF) is subject to course attendance and validation of course work; – a candidate may attempt validation of course credits at the most two times over a three year period. Failure to validate course credits within these limits will result in the student’s resitting for all credits concerned.
